PT354 Taxi Surveys
Land Transport Authority is appointing Contractors to plan, conduct, assess and analyse taxi usage through services audit and waiting time surveys in order to obtain input and regulates the provisions of taxi services in Singapore.
SYSTRA MVA has been contracted for a period of 2 years with an option for 1 additional year to perform monthly:
- Public Opinion Surveys (POS) amongst taxi or private hire care users, 400 sample size and analysis of the results thereof;
- Taxi Passengers’ Waiting Time Surveys (PWT), from 1700hours to 0000hours for 4 consecutive days from Friday to Monday at 51 taxi stands across the island, and analysis of the results thereof
- Adhoc surveys related to point-to-point services
SYSTRA MVA convey surveys results and findings through submission of monthly & annual reports.
