Pedestrian Modelling For KV-MRT Pasar Seni Interchange Station - Blue Line, CBD Section

SYSTRA MVA undertake to analyse a future planned pedestrian link connection between the existing LRT2 station, the KTM KL station and the future MRT1 station.

Analysis included modelling of several options and assessment of scenarios.

The construction of the Pasir Seni station will take place in a busy part of Chinatown which is very congested with both private vehicles as well as buses (the Klang Bus Terminal building and adjacent sites generate a significant volume of traffic).

Jalan Tun Cheng Lock to the north is a major road leading to/from Pudu, whilst Jalan Tun H.S. Lee leads to both the Lebuhraya Persekutuan (Federal Highway) as well as Lehuraya Meharajalela.
