CITAS (Cileunyi-Tasikmalaya-Cilacap-Yogyakarta-Solo) Toll Road Traffic and Revenue Forecasting Study & Survey
SYSTRA MVA is appointed by the investor to undertake the traffic and revenue forecast for this toll road.
Indonesia is in the way of expanding the toll road connectivity across the country. In Java island, Trans Java Expressway is to be the main east-west toll road network. The other future east-west toll road network is the CITAS Toll Road, which span at 400km along the southern side of the island. This Toll Road is planned to be operated on 2023 and connect Bandung, Tasikmalaya, Cilacap, Yogyakarta and Solo.
In this case Systra MVA uses the Java Road Model that developed earlier on which is validated based on the traffic survey result. Economic evaluation study were also undertaken based on the modeling output. This to analyse the monetary value on costs and benefits and the net value to society.
